Marilee is the Founder and Executive Director of Access Acting Academy, the world’s first professional actor training studio for blind and low vision actors. They are currently one of only two legally blind women to earn an M.F.A. in Acting (A.C.T.) and have originated over 80 characters on stage and screen (NBC, CBS, Apple TV). They are a MacDowell Fellow for playwriting, California Center for Cultural Innovation Grantee for Stage Design, Winner of the A.C.T.
